All Enrollment Lottery Applications and Commitment to Attend forms must be received by the April 28th to ensure your position as a return student or in our annual lottery as a new student. Applications can be found on our website or located at our office, by calling ahead to ensure staff availability.

Applications should be returned as follows:

In person:

Place application in a sealed envelope. Drop off applications in person at our office; if the office is closed leave your application in our drop off envelope attached to the door. Lottery applications are due April 28, 2020 by 5:00 pm.

By Email:

Scan or screenshot the completed application and email to administration@redrivevalleycs.com, subject 2020-2021 Lottery Application. Lottery applications are due April 28, 2020 by 5:00 pm.

April 28, 2020 - All New Student Applications and Return Student Commitment to Attend forms are due at RRVCS (by drop off or email) by 5:00 pm

May 5, 2020 - Sibling Lottery of return students to be held at RRVCS at 5:00pm; details to come.

May 12, 2020 - New Student Lottery (Pre-K and K-8) to be held at RRVCS at 5:00 pm; details to come.


After our completed lottery, each family will have 72 hours to accept each students position of enrollment. Please call 575-574-6117 to verbally accept or email administration@redrivervalleycs.com. After a verbal or email acceptance is received a signed 'Letter of Acceptance' form will be emailed to each family and will require return. Or find the form HERE.If the decision to accept or refuse is not given to RRVCS in a verbal or email response within 72 hours of notification, that family foregoes their enrollment priority and will be moved to the waiting list.
